MR FRANCE NKOANE 

MANAGING DIRECTOR

 

He brings with him 10 years' experience in the security industry. Having been a security officer himself and a manager in one of the security companies. He brings both tactical as well as managerial mix which will be very valuable to the organisation.

He worked for both Peace Force and Piranha security companies.

 

Other than managing the entire affairs of the company, the MD will also double up as an Operation's Manager. Some of the roles he will carry out include but not limited to:

Recruit, orient, and train security personnel on appropriate security procedures

Develop and enforce security protocols, policies and procedures

Oversee and assign duties to security personnel

Prepare the budget for security operations to ensure delivery of high quality security services

Keep track of incidents in order to evaluate them and recommend a course of action

Schedule shift patrol to ensure a client's building/property is guarded at all times

Oversee the planning and coordinating of security operations during high-risk events

Ensure that security plans are implemented, updated, revised, and tested on regular basis

Manage and coordinate all communications and Control Room requirements

Make regular recommendations leading to state of continuous improvement and constant security enhancement

Mr Moneri, a graduate from University of South Africa, with Business Management degree, brings into Ndungwazi Security company a supervisory experience as well as business management knowledge. He will be responsible for general administration of the business and also look into its finances.

His roles are outlined below:

 

-              Identifying, analysing and estimating financial needs of the business

-              Determining the kind and proportion of various sources of funds company will need to undertake

-              Decide the sources from which funds are to be raised

-              Procure funds required to run the business

-              Invest prudently funds procured to ensure maximum return on investment

-              Deciding how business should use the funds raised

-              Managing cash and other assets of the business

-              Evaluate financial performance of business

-              Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends

-              Analysing changes and advising accordingly

-              Analysing competitors and market trends

-              Developing financial management mechanisms that minimise financial risk

-              Responsible for preparing financial reports

-              Preparing and developing budgets

-              Preparing financial statements for organization

-              Provide management with financial analysis

-              Analysis of financial feasibility for most complex proposed projects

-              Conduct market research to forecast trends and business conditions

 

The company is looking into employing the Marketing and Sales manager who will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and reaching out to new partners, and business opportunities.

 

As the company continues to grow, we will look into employing sufficient personnel to take on other responsibilities.
